FOLLOW THE SIGNS

Many Australians know they could live healthier lives - the problem is recognising when it’s time to change. For Healthylife, we focused on the small, everyday signs people often ignore: the unused exercise bike, the late-night scrolling, the fitness tracker reminding you to move. By turning these relatable moments into the signal to visit Healthylife, the campaign reframed unhealthy habits not as failures, but as prompts for positive action. Meeting people where they were, rather than telling them where they should be.

The idea was brought to life through film and social content, capturing familiar, slightly uncomfortable moments that signalled it was time to make a change. Pointing viewers to healthylife as the next step.
