McDonald’s annual System Meeting brings together thousands of crew, franchisees, suppliers and leaders to align on priorities and energise for the year ahead.

System 25 marked a defining moment for the business. After a period of change and complexity, the focus shifted to reconnecting people, regaining momentum and moving forward together with confidence.

Our challenge was to translate this ambition into an immersive brand world and physical experience. One that made our theme: Accelerating Together, tangible from the moment attendees arrived.
